Effective date: July 30, 2026 This Cookies Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies that BizyAir (“BizyAir,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses on our websites and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the choices available to you for managing them. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over time, so you do not need to re-enter them each time you return. In this policy, “cookies” also refers to similar technologies that serve a comparable purpose, such as pixel tags, web beacons, and identifiers stored in your browser’s local storage. When such technologies are used, the same rules set out in this policy apply. Cookies may be set by BizyAir directly (“first-party cookies”) or by a third party on our behalf (“third-party cookies”).

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies to help provide and improve the Services, to personalize your experience, and to understand how the Services are used so that we can continue to improve them. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information. We group the cookies we use into three categories:

3. Cookies we use

The table below lists the cookies currently in use on the Services, organized by category. The specific cookies that apply to you may vary depending on your region, the features you use, and your privacy choices.

Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies help ensure the Services function properly.

Functional cookies

These cookies help personalize your experience by remembering your preferences and settings.

Analytics cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Services so that we can measure and improve the performance of the Services. Where applicable law requires it, these cookies are set only after you have given your consent.

4. Third-party providers

Where the Services set cookies through a third-party provider, those providers are listed below. These providers may process the collected information for their own purposes; please consult their privacy policies for details.
  • Google Analytics — web analytics. Google Privacy & Terms
  • Cross-border data transfer — Google Analytics processes collected data on servers located in the United States. Where required by applicable law, such transfers are based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
The BizyAir authentication service is operated by us and is therefore not a third party. The _gothic_session cookie it issues is a first-party cookie, as described in the table above.

5. How long cookies remain on your device

  • Session cookies remain on your device only for the duration of your browsing session and are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them. Expiration periods are listed in the tables above. Some persistent cookies may be renewed each time you visit the Services, resetting their lifetime.

6. Managing cookies

You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Because cookie settings are specific to each browser and device, you will need to configure your preferences in each browser you use. For more information about cookies — including how to view and delete those already stored on your device — please visit www.allaboutcookies.org. When you first visit our Services, a cookie banner will appear in the lower-left corner of the page. The banner explains that we use cookies and similar technologies, links to this Cookie Policy, and provides an “I Understand” button. By clicking “I Understand”, you consent to the use of cookies as described in this Cookie Policy. You may manage your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings (see Section 6).

8. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) setting that signals a preference not to be tracked. We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. You may instead manage cookies through the methods described above. We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
