It also explains the choices available to you for managing them. This Cookie Policy should be read together with our [Privacy Policy](https://docs.bizyair.ai/en/policy/privacy-policy), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. ## 1. What are cookies? Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the website to remember your actions and preferences over time, so you do not need to re-enter them each time you return. In this policy, "cookies" also refers to similar technologies that serve a comparable purpose, such as pixel tags, web beacons, and identifiers stored in your browser's local storage. We do not use cookies to sell your personal information. If the Measurement ID is overridden by an environment variable, the cookie name changes accordingly. | ## 4. Third-party providers Where the Services set cookies through a third-party provider, those providers are listed below. These providers may process the collected information for their own purposes; please consult their privacy policies for details. * **Google Analytics** — web analytics. [Google Privacy & Terms](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) * **Cross-border data transfer** — Google Analytics processes collected data on servers located in the United States. Where required by applicable law, such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The BizyAir authentication service is operated by us and is therefore not a third party. The `_gothic_session` cookie it issues is a first-party cookie, as described in the table above. ## 5. How long cookies remain on your device * **Session cookies** remain on your device only for the duration of your browsing session and are deleted when you close your browser. * **Persistent cookies** remain on your device until they expire or until you delete them. Expiration periods are listed in the tables above. Some persistent cookies may be renewed each time you visit the Services, resetting their lifetime. ## 6. Managing cookies You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Cookie consent When you first visit our Services, a cookie banner will appear in the lower-left corner of the page. The banner explains that we use cookies and similar technologies, links to this Cookie Policy, and provides an "I Understand" button. By clicking "I Understand", you consent to the use of cookies as described in this Cookie Policy. Do Not Track signals Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that signals a preference not to be tracked. We do not currently respond to browser DNT signals. Changes to this Cookie Policy We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by other appropriate means.
